2:00 to 5:00 pm

Each person/family who wishes to participate puts their items for sale in their driveway, yard or garage.  We advertise this event in the paper and put up signs.  This is a great opportunity to “spring clean”.

If there are items that do not sell, and you do not want to keep them, you may put them out to the curb (small items in bags) at 12:00 noon and they will be picked up by Vietnam Veterans of America.  If you do not have a yard sale, you may also donate items by placing them curbside by noon.  The driver will have donation receipts with him.

Community activities for residents – 2:00 to 5:00 pm

Hot dogs, soda, chips, snow cones, fun for the kids. . .

Festivities held at the common area

on Hillpoint Blvd near Middlecoff Ln.

Bring chairs to sit in.

Come out and meet your neighbors.
